Hi,
I sign up to Public Mobile with the one month free offer(on the third month). However I don't see a credit on the third month(Dec2024). I've tried to reach out to customer service on my forth attempt and still waiting for first reply.
Any advice as to what I can do to resolve this?

PM should add a credit to your account as Available funds couple days before the 3rd month. If you checked and not see it there, please ask support to check

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@KK123 hi do when you signed up the promo was still active? You didn't make any plan changes? The active has been active and paid? It is time for the 3rd payment?
You don't see the equivalent of the plan amount showing in your account as Available Funds?
If not, use the orange chatbot to create a ticket and ask an agent or the link below.
