I applied the black friday promotion and changed my plan... and now I don't see it anymore?

I upgraded my plan with the black friday promotion a few weeks ago; I clicked on "change my plan now" instead of having it wait for my rollover date. I had the $55 monthly plan with 20GB data. 

My payment date changed, and payments were withdrawn on the new plan date, but when I logged back in to check how much data I had left, I still see that I have my old 3GB plan?? 

Anyone have any suggestions? 

I have tried using the chat bot but it was useless.

Your most likely looking at cached information from the last time you looked at your account.

 

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead.  Then do a refresh of the overview page.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
