SIM card number is "invalid"

No clue why my SIM card number is invalid. I entered it correctly and re-entered it several times. I even tried entering it on incognito mode on my browser. Anyone know what's wrong?

Resolved! New 4g Plan not showing as an upgrade for me

I am in New Brunswick and the new 4g plan is not showing as an upgrade for me but I can register a new account and get it. Do I really need to abandon my current account to get an upgrade?

Switching to the 4g plans
