I opened an account with a new email address, but I lost my email address and I can’t remember my password. I use my visa to pay public mobile, and the payment has been made. How do I access my account?

Did you add your phone number or recovery email to your email account? 

If you did, you could reset the email account password.

@Robert1234  if you remember email can’t you hit the forgot password option , and reset password
