I was thinking about switching to another plan but I seen that that plan says "Unlimited Canada-wide minutes" while my current plan says "Unlimited Canada-wide Talk", just wondering if there is a difference in these two or not.

Let’s get it straight.
100 minutes Canada-wide minutes

I was only pointing out current "in market" plans otherwise their are many legacy plans that have a variation of limits or provincial vs Canada wide calling minutes.

@Tigger No difference. "Unlimited" justifies having unlimited min of talk. There used to be limited mins plans and they are long gone, so you don't have to worry.
