How to raise a ticket or talk to customer care..?

what question you have?  maybe we have the answer and you don't need to raise a ticket

But to  open ticket with PM , click the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

What issues are you having? Maybe we might be able to suggest a fix that may be faster than a CS Agent.
