I got a text message from Public Mobile 5474 that offers me a chance to switch to a better plan and price. I am wondering from "Public Mobile 5474 text message"  is a TRUE message or not?  Since fraud messages are so popular now.  Anyone know?

it's legit. I got an offer a few days ago to upgrade my $15 (3G) plan to new $19 (4G) with 2 GB's data...I bit !

Yes it's real. I got one today too. Not that good of an offer IMO. But ya, it's real.
