My husband needs to be able to sign in so he can top up his account and now his phone is not working so I can't verify access code on his phone. Any help?!?!

Your husband can purchase a voucher from these locations and dial 611 to enter the voucher number to activate his account:
Or purchase an electronic voucher for recharge.ca.
Then login and have the 2FA code sent by text.
Contact a CS_Agent to have your husband’s email changed.

@erinkaymusic you can ask PM support to update the email address used for My Account login. yes, only PM support can help with that
