@Clinteastwood did you get the txt msg from PM? or you can submit the ticket to CS_Agent about the bonus gift

If you are old customer (before Dec 1) and you did not get SMS from PM, try to send SMS YES2 to 4911.
If you are new customer bonus will be automatically added to your account.
But I would suggest to contact agent, that will be fastest to add bonus.
