Are you getting this information from a recording on your phone or on the self-serve landing page?
If it occurs when trying to make a call, try adding "1" in front of the number with area code that you are calling.

Which plan? The account doesn't shows minutes for an unlimited minute plan. Do you have the $15 plan? That's only unlimited incoming.
