Incoming Calls

I ported my old VOIP number to this phone about 2 weeks ago.  Works fine except some incoming callers receive "number not is service" message.  It seems to work fine when I call it from my other Public Mobile cell.  Can anyone help with this? Thanks

This probably isn't a question you get often: how do I stop receiving the autopay data bonus on my kid's account?  I don't want data on their phone, only want accessed when connected to wifi, which is why I bought the talk only plan.
