I changed my plan to the new $39 20gb and no awards (old rewards)

are being applied on my upcoming payment !

HI @lina81  did you use Change plan now?  if you did, it is normal they charged you the full amount without rewards for that one time change.

But if you want to confirm, as you don't see it in the upcoming payment, submit a ticket with CS agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I just checked my account and still no rewards being applied to upcoming payment !

How can I get help with this ?

Yes, I just changed to the $39 plan with an upcoming renewal date when my current plan expires, the upcoming charges showed my current rewards that will be taken off when renewal date comes.

any due Rewards will be applied at next regular plan renewal. 30 days after current plan was activated is your next renewal date.

@lina81    If you opted for Change at Next Renewal then your rewards will applied.  Try logging in again via incognito/private mode on browser as you might be viewing old information.

For immediate plan changes, no rewards are applied nor partial refunds for unused days left in the plan.
