Hi I need help ASAP logging into my parents account or else we will have to leave public mobile and join another company. I am not able to login or even find the email that the account was associated with, can you please help! @publicmobile

similar problem here
go to login page and ask to reset the password (my old password didn't work), this will send you a code to their email
after resetting your password, try to log in again, this time there will be the option to receive the code via email

are you trying to port out the account and get the account number?
or you just trying to stop the autopay?

we are just other customers like you on this forum, most of us are indifferent where you choose to have your mobile service.
Perhaps share that with public mobile staff instead.

@sadz You will need to open a ticket with customer service.
1. Open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
