Hi, this is Anna.

I've lost my existing sim card while my travel.

So I ordered new sim card from website and I got it yesterday. I tried to activate it to my profile but when I tried to log in, website kept asking me the verification code from text msg.

I logged in 2-3days before with email verification, but now it's only possible for text verification. So there is no way to access my account. 

How can I solve this problem?

Is there any number I can speak to agent?

Unfortunately if you don't have sim access and didn't migrate to the new system you are locked out, perhaps support can activate your new sim.

  Likely you have not created an Eversafe ID yet, and you can't without a working phone.  Please open ticket with support for help in this case

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
