Hello there,
I had no service(data/internet, phone) at all since this morning, and when I tried to log into my account. I couldn't find any information and I can't submit a ticket either... my account: xxxxxxxxx@hotmail.com
Can someone look into and help with the issue ASAP? Thank you!!!

As mentioned, need to figure out if your account is active versus suspended.
You could try to reboot your phone.
Check for any telus service outage:
https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages
Maybe try the SIM card in another working phone. To see whether service works in another phone.

@Wendy888 if you dial *611 on your phone, does it say your account is currently suspended due to non payment? you can make a payment on *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
I assume you have not setup the EverSafe ID to access the new My Account? If not, you can use your current ide Wendy888 and open ticket with PM or direct message them:
