Losing bonus data/minutes when upgrading?

When upgrading, it says "After changing your plan, you will lose your current promotion." I know I keep loyalty savings, etc., but do I lose the Xmas give-aways of international minutes and data? I have a fair amount and wouldn't want to lose them.

Didn’t get referral bonus

I went to the public mobile store on June 6 but they said they were out of SIM cards. I wanted the $5 for 5 months referral. They said if I came back on Wednesday they would give it to me. They did the activation and then said they couldn’t.

Change of monthly plan
