@julieng1 any chance from your family member?
also, you have account with Koodo ot Telus? They are all part of Telus. Sometimes Telus will use their different brand to take money
if you don't have any Telus, Koodo account just ask the bank to do a chargeback
you cam also open ticket with PM for investigation

Looks like $50 in QC. If you did not let a family member or friend use your card then just call your bank and charge it back.
