Hello I have ported out my number from Public mobile last month. however I need the phone records for my acct for a legal matter i am involved with. I can no longer access my account. Public mobile is still sending me messages about a survey etc however i try to login to my acct to see my usage and phone records and its not available.
Please help!

@D3rrick hi once you port a number your account is closed permanently ,you may be able to get what you need if you

@D3rrick Yes, ported account will be closed immediately and you won't have access to My Account anymore.
in your case, the only way is to ask PM Support for help
