I tried to open an account in community but it says that my email address is associated with another account. I opened a new account in community with my current email. I want to update my email on My Account self serve.
what I have to do?

2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply

The community email and the account email are not connected for logging in. The account email can only be changed by the support people. Click on the SIMon chatbot link down below to find your way to submit a ticket.
