@Alex3874 , what kind of issue are you having? At what step in the process it the failure occurring. Sometimes a failed attempt can lead to a session lock which requires roughly one hour wait before another attempt can be made. Always check the credit card to make sure that a payment has not been posted. Do not do addition tries if a payment has been made. Use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket in this case.

Are you getting an error message during activaiton? Before trying again, check your credit card statement (if you used one) or bank account (if you used a visa or mastercard debit card) to see if Public Mobile charged you.
