Resolved! wrong selection during plan change

Hello, I did plan changes today, by mistake I selected 'change now' than 'change plan at renewal'. I did it for two accounts and both plans just got renewed. Can I reverse this change or someone can assist to set changes on renewal.

3 way Calling issue

Has anyone else had a 3-way calling issue?  I've had an issue and it's never been resolved.  Yes, I reported it.  It will work for about 2 to 3 minutes and then it drops the third caller.
