Hello PM community!
As of last week, I am new to Public Mobile. When I signed up, I opted for the 15gb for $40 promotion. With the new 20gb for $39 promotion I would like to take advantage of it. Can I do that this early, and will I get charged another $39 even though I just paid $40 last week? If I opt to have it changed on my renewal date (which is weeks away) will the promotion still be active?

HI @Piperchick Yes, you can make plan change any time. But please use Change plan on renewal instead of Change plan now . Using Change plan on renewal, the change will take place after you have completed your current cycle, which you already paid in full and no partial refund

@Piperchick Yes you change as much as you want to but it’s advised to change plan for next renewal so you don’t loose out in your current cycle

@Piperchick Yes, you can also do that, but you should make a schedule change to take effect at the end of your current cycle, because PM is prepaid. They won't refund if you change plan early
Again, what you can do is to schedule a plan change. Go to the plan, click Change plan on renewal and it will let PM change plan on your renewal date
But since PM just upgraded the new My Account and have been having some problem, wait till at least next week to schedule the plan change

Public mobile does not pro-rate plans. Normally suggest choosing change plans at next renewal date. Public mobile will honour this promo even if it is not available at the time of your next renewal.
