The website and app are very slow and you can't do anything on it at all. Are you going to be fixing this?

I do as you suggest but it doesn’t work. I noticed that you respond to all posts what seems 24-7 . are you a PM customer service rep?

Yes but I can't do anything on the pages. Like change plan.. nothing.

HI @Anonymous you can avoid the security code everytime. Just like Trusted device option there

Other than having to enter a security code every time , I think both the PM iOS phone app and the computer app are GREAT improvement. When logging in by WIFI they are as fast as any other apps . Maybe in your case, the data reception may be poor. Also if you’re on a 3G plan just about all apps will be slower to load.

HI @gbranscombe1963 I think the app is slightly slow, but website on desktop is good. Can't comment with the mobile version, i didn't try a lot

Unfortunately, with the new revamp of the website and introduction of the App, there are several hiccups and issues. Public mobile team is working hard on fixing these issues. Check the announcement sections for updates.
With the website, you may want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. For the website, I have found using a PC computer or labtop more easier than mobile platform.

@gbranscombe1963 With anything new there will e hiccups but I’m sure the will all be ironed out eventually, otherwise I’m digging the new lay out now that I’ve spent sometime on it
