Log in problems

When I log in either on the app or on the website it acts as if I’ve never been a subscriber and wants me to choose a plan, set up a new sim and provide payment details. What’s going on? I’m still being charged monthly fees and my phone still works.

@lytefall sounds like an issue with your Eversafe account. Reach out to a support agent, they should be able to link it up.
