No Incoming or Outgoing Calls

[Fordzilla]

 My phone will recieve Texts and Send Texts, However no incoming or outgoing calls.

Also My honor 8x  shows no call forwarding,call waiting or caller ID . 

Network or Sim Card error shows up  we have 2 honor 8X phones and the one thatnis havivg trouble has a phone number from another province?

Good to know. I always though it needs 2 bands for a stable connection encase one drops-off.

Thanks my Honor 8X Started to receive and send calls on its own. May of been a network issue,

There is no rule that says that you need at least 2 of the 3G and 4G bands for a phone to work at Public Mobile.  You only need 1 compatible band and that band has to be available at that location.
