Upgraded to a 5G plan because service was so slow on 4G, but at least usable. Now my iPhone 12 never goes off of LTE and the speeds are so slow it’s mostly not even worth having data.Submitted a support ticket over 2 weeks ago and got no response.Wha...
When I log in either on the app or on the website it acts as if I’ve never been a subscriber and wants me to choose a plan, set up a new sim and provide payment details. What’s going on? I’m still being charged monthly fees and my phone still works.
