my bonus data is gone after moving to new site

Hi, 

I was on 1gb 3g plan for few years now. I always have a bonus 5gb plan through out my time with public mobile. However I just got a message that I've used up all my data and when I check, it's a brand new site and my 5gb bonus data is gone. Can I get my bonus data back?  @CS_Agent

I've tried login using incognito, but it's still the same. I don't think it's only a browser issue, since I cant connect to the internet from my phone now. I've submitted a ticket. hopefully they can resolve this quick. thanks!

@monsterpocky   maybe just browser issue? My bonus data are there

Try Incognito mode to confirm.

If that stll not right, open ticket with support

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
