Resolved! Missed porting 90 mns timing

I had to remove my SIM card to get the eSIM setup.. did not think I had to put my SIM card back to get the verification code since it said it could take 5hrs. Once I put my old SIM card back in I received all the code and missed the posting text.

Hi,mom hasn’t had service for while.   She travelled here and could have used her phone.  It wasn’t good.    I took out the SIM card and put it back in.  Reset the network settings.  She has paid her bill.  Any idea what’s up?
