I have urgent request, please open ticket for me.
I lost my phone and cannot access my account to report lost phone. The gmail email (+multiple account) I used previously is now invalid.
I would like to change my account email address.
Also, I have new PM SIM card, please transfer my existing PM cell number / plan/ rewards to new SIM card. Note, I am NOT activating SIM card.

I spent a couple of days trying to figure out if I will ever have direct contact with cs agent.
Since then they have been very responsive and still assisting me with access to my account again.
