My ex wife is paying for hers,my sons and my phone service…I’d like to get taken off her account and start my own…any help would be greatly appreciated…not being able to call a representative poses an inconvenience .

Perhaps get her to sign in to her account, and change the credit card number to yours?
Or, contact customer support, and ask for a transfer, with the benefits (Rewards) the account has accumulated.

you need to ask her to give you the login
if not, then tell PM it is your account , don't talk about Ex, and just ask them to help to change email login
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
