When I set up my original account [2 phone numbers, mine + spouse] the guy at London Drugs mis-spelled my email address for my spouse's number. Both accounts are paid on my VISA, so that's OK. But, now I want to change our plans, I can't access his number because the email is wrong! Can anyone help?

do you know the "wrong email"? you can still login with it, and then go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and update the email address
but if you are not sure what the wrong email was, you will have to ask PM support agent to help to change it, you can submit ticket by direct message:

This must be awhile back because LD and Walmart don’t activate SIMs anymore.
Just pm a CS_Agent and they can help you login to your account and change plan.

@PixP The email address functions as a user ID for log in so even if wrong it should still work for that purpose. Have you tried to log in with it?
