Are you are recently new Public Mobile customer?  For quite some time, there is no account PIN on new Public Mobile accounts.

first login My Account using Incognito mode

once logged in,  paste this link to the address bar

Go into your browser settings and clear the cache. The restart the browser and log into your account, then click on the link again.

Are you referring to the 2FA code or the PIN when you called 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account?

If it is the 2FA code, just click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent by text or email.

If it is the PIN, you can reset your PIN.
