My spouse signed up three phones on pm last week. Can I get refer a friend points after the fact.?

just ask PM to add them back

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

yes, you can.  You have to ask the 3 newly signed up to login themself and open a ticket with PM support and ask them to add the referral code back to the account

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
