I got new phone. I try to login my account to buy esim card. It is two step authorization. I have email
passcode. But, I cannot access phone passcode because I don't have access to phone now. Can someone
help solve this issue? Thanks.

I have messaged them since yesterday. They provide almost zero help except let me login under incognito windows. I tried many times, it did not work.

It is 2 FA code, one send to email which I could use, the other one send to my phone number which I don't have esim card and cannot receive. I have tried resend , but it only provide text/voice mail. Please help me to solve it. I cannot use my phone for two days now.

if you have the voice mail pin, choose that and call yourself from another phone to retrieve the code via voicemail
or your last resource is to ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

Do you mean your phone passcode or the 2FA code?
If it is the phone passcode, it is your phone security settings and not a PM issue.
