Refund my ESIM

Hello

I hope you are fine. I bought an ESIM. At first, it is told that it is compatible with our Mobile phone. When is activated it, it is not compatible unfortunately. I want to refund it. I want to buy phisical sim card.

@Family123  You just need customer service to switch your existing plan from esim to physical sim. There's nothing to refund on the esim, it was free, you only paid for the plan which will work with a physical sim.

you can ask support to update your account you activated earlier with the sim card number you have.   Also ask them if they can reimburse you the extra cost of the sim card

I had the same issue when I joined PM. Submit a ticket and private message CS agent to help you with your issue. They directed me to buy a sim from a koodo/telus store or mobile klinic store and then credited my account $11.30 for the cost of sim. 

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

sometimes the app said it is incompatible but support agent can send your QR code and can make it work

SIMs and eSIMs are free with new activations so contact a CS_Agent to send you a SIM by submitting a ticket on Chat bubble.

@Family123  Esims and sims are currently free for new customers and you can ask customer service for a physical sim but it would be a lot quicker to get one from a Telus/Koodo corporate store (phone ahead for stock) or from Amazon although neither would be free.   What phone do you  have?

You will need to contact customer service agent.  If your phone is not eSIM compatible, CSA could send you a "free" physical SIM card, but Public mobile shipping time are within 10 business days.  It might be faster to purchase in store or via Amazon (with prime shippin)

Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.  If that does not work, you can private message CS_Agent (takes a bit longer) via the following link:

You can purchase a sim card online but could take a week to 3 weeks you can also order one on amazon and you will get to you quicker
