Compatability volte whitelist

I just purchased A56 5G as it states rhe A53 5g and above is compatible.  When I enter in the IMEI # for the A56 5G it says its not compatible or not in there system.  What does this mean.  I know for certain the A53 4G is comparitable with volte etc...

Can you confirm this, as my husband has a phone that isnt VoLTE compatible on Pm but was told could text and have data for Uber etc.  Can you please confirm.  Dont care if he can make phone calls but need data and text.  And confirm if download textn...
