Almost 24 hours without my phone capabilities, where's the support?

I am now almost 24h ours trying to get my phone working with PM. I have done all the troubleshooting, posting on forums, and price messaging the agents.....where is the support???!!!

I've messaged them now multiple times. No response. This is disgusting

Have you tried restarting your phone, often times this will clear it up after the number has been ported over

New customer, nothing is working on PM network.its showing as temporarily unavailable 

hi @Wowzers83 the account wasnt setup property.  Message support and ask them to refresh the account

I have already submitted a ticket. Do I gotta keep submitting tickets that are ignored or what?

New customer, ported the number yesterday and public mobile shows as temporarily unavailable since. Which means I can't even use my old network so I'm waiting on some apparently non existent customer service

I can't call anyone. The network shows as temporarily unavailable!

hi @Wowzers83 if you call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter your number, does the system say your account active??

did you try your sim in another Phone ?
