Hi everyone, 

I just recently port out my Rogers account two days ago and become a public mobile user. However, I have not been able to receive phone calls, but I can make calls to others. I tried following the suggestions here - turning on and off the phone, toggle the airplane mode and switch to 3G network, but none of it worked. I would like to talk to someone from public mobile to troubleshoot, but I can’t find any customer support line that I can reach. Can anyone help me with it? Thanks so much!

Yes I did reply to the Roger’s message and said yes 🙂 thanks I will check the number

did you ever got a text from Rogers to your Rogers sim and you replied Yes?

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
