Where is all my account information ? I have been a tthis for an hour trying to Dan add on and I can’t see anything familiar. Bout ready to quit publicmobile. Terrible mess and all advertising
on the home page with no information for users.

I somehow got two email addresses and two accounts. I remember adding a different email address when I joined Community. So I was logging into an account that has no information and is not synced to my other account. I found all my account information now. Thanks for your help. LM51

@LM51 Are you sure your account is still active? If you went too long without a payment, or ported your number to another provider, your account will be closed.

I keep trying but my information does not show up anywhere. All I see is the home page and no info. I don’t even know if I’m signed in??

What kind of phone do you have that the app doesn't work on? Also you can add a payment by calling 611

@LM51 You don't have to use the app except for activation, so try again with a web browser.

Did you ever created your PM on line account?
Using computer and browser?
Do you still have service?
If yes, You should use your email and password to log in. I doubt account disappeared just like that.
If using an app same thing: email+pass
