Tried to open 5 or 6 ticets, no luck.

My account is suspended and i've been trying to get in touch with CS agent. Tried to open half dozen tickets i nthe last couple days. It says opening the tickets was successful but when i look there is no new ticket made.

US Roaming in Alaska

In May of last year when I went to Alaska the US roaming plan didn't work for me, since T-Mobile doesn't have coverage there.  Has PM partnered with AT&T to bring roaming to Alaska?  Anyone have roaming success recently?

my samsung galaxy s 6 has stopped sending long text messages and pictures.  It will only send very short texts.  Is this a phone problem or is this a data problem with public mobile?  What can I do to fix this?  Thank you
