I pay for an estranged relative's account. My credit card was compromised and then canceled and replaced.
Now, I see that my relative's account has basically disappeared. When I try to login to it to add the new CC, it asks me to re-register. The last payment came out from my old CC August 9.
It should not delete the account without even an email after only 31 days.
What's my next step?

@PitCritter the error usually just mean the login was not properly linked with the My Account. You can confirm the account still exists and just got suspended by calling 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter 1 for English and then enter the phone number
to get the login linked back to My Account, simply message support here:

And if you want to resume service firs, just buy a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher by calling 1.855.4PUBLIC again
