I recently purchased a service and would like to cancel it and stop all future payment.

If you haven't received a phone number yet and haven't activated the SIM card, then yes, you can get a refund back as you haven't started services yet. But if you already have activated the SIM card, then Public Mobile won't refund you and you will have to go into your account settings and turn off the toggle that allows auto payments.

Sorry, but Public Mobile does not offer refunds. As for stop future payments, please log into your Public Mobile self serve account and disable autopay.
