  • I have a few questions please! 
    1. I added data twice this year on my phone and the payment came out of my account but I did not receive the data! Very frustrating. Why is this happening? I am afraid to do it ever again as I’ve already lost over $30 and I can’t depend on it and I have needed the data. 
    2. My daughter xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has lost her phone. Her phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. And with public mobile you can only use your own phone to do anything because it sends you a password to your computer home so how can she report her phone lost? This is a strange feature because as a parent I should be able to go in to their accounts to manage without having to use their phone plus the f need to cancel because of lost or stolen how can we do it without the phone. Can you suspend that account please immediately? 
    3. I am trying to get wifi calling on my phone because the signal doesn’t work in my community. Can I get that turned on as I don’t see any feature to do this on public.

In the future, you can use the PM app on your phone or online to control your daughter’s account. Just remember to click on Trusted Device while login to her account. You can go directly into her account.

@Mickey546   One more thing to add, tap/click on the v in a circle top right of your post and edit out your daughter's name and phone number.  This is a public forum viewable by anyone on the internet.

does your regular plan data work as expected ? If so, then when you purchase add-on data it should also work. You gotta make sure you buy the in Canada data and not a US add-on. Be aware that in Canada data will stay on your account for 30 days only. Whatever you don't use is gone after that. If you're sure you got the correct data add-on and it still didn't work, start process of Customer Support by clicking on the orange bubble, bottom right side of page. They'll want to know your name of the account, cell number, account number, PM pin number etc. You can ask for a credit to your account for the add-ons that didn't work.

and sorry,  no Wifi calling here, and likely won't be any time soon.  If you absolutely need it,you might need to got with Koodo or Telus

@Mickey546  When did you buy the data add on ? Note all data add ons now expire 30 days after purchase it it was over 30 days ago that’s why it’s gone weather you used it up or not 

also note PM does not support wifi calling if you need that feature look to Koodo or Telus
