Both my wife and I are on Public Mobile and are getting quite a few texts not going through even though the recipients are recieving.
Support is saying that it is a coverage issue, but, this only started

hi @demitch you probably already using Google Message on Samsung phones. But try uninstall and reinstall it. (on both phones ). Make sure you backup important messages first before doing so

@demitch Does it happen where ever you are or just in one location ? Are you able to test the SIM cards in another phone and see if it helps any ? I’m thinking your right about being the PM network if it was only affecting one device and not both

Android S21 FE , both our phones are android.
I have reset both the network and cleared cache.
Believe its a network issue as both of our phones are affected , but its intermittent.

@demitch Maybe try phone set to 3G/4G/LTE or even 5G and test all networks . Can also try resetting network settings and see if they helps . Also if you have another phone to test might be helpful determine if its device issues or account /network issue
