Noticed my service wasn't working this morning, then forgot today is my payment day and I got a new CC and forgot to update. I updated my subscription with my new CC and everything's good, but it's been about 2 hours and I still don't have service. Roughly how long does it take for the service to come back?

should be fairly quick. Log in to your account / Payments / look to the right to find add funds with debit/credit.

@mattm100 Try rebbot the phone first , if that dosent work make sure the money has been taken by public mobile if not you have to make manual payment .
