I moved to a different service provider at the end of November.  Please refund Dec 2024 payment, cancel my account and cancel all future payments. Thank you.

@ChristineLester  If you successfully ported number out to new provider then your account is closed and you won’t be charged again , PM is pre paid and no refunds or pro rating for unused time 

but you can get your luck with PM support
