I want my payment to public mobile STOPPED. I have contacted the better business bureau with a complaint number of #2228365. Due to mental health issues the account and activation was not completed completely and I could not complete the activation let alone cancelling my account. PLEASE contact someone that can cancel my account and ideally reimburse my money that has been coming off my credit card since APIRIL 2024. THIS NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED.....ASAP

Did You reboot your phone by powering off then back on?
Did you login to your account and disable the Subscribed (AutoPay) button?
If you didn’t, PM will continue to bill you.

I always tell friends if they are not familiar with the settings on their phone and not tech savvy…don’t join PM.
You need some knowledge to be on PM self-serve account and the settings on their phone.
