Yes, you can but you will have to create a new account on the second eSIM with another plan and different email address.

No, if you are thinking of have 2 eSIM on the same account. It will supersede the first one.

you can , but always just one active sim at a time and the latest one will be the one to use, all previous ones will be voided

So, you can buy a new PM esim but the old (current) one will not work after you got the new one.
