Did not receive physical sim card

 I did not receive physical sim card it has been 6 days while it said it will take only 2 days

@umairr the 2 days in fact just about PM will process the order and ship the sim card without 2 days , not when you will receive it

In fact, Sim card delivery from PM online usually is around a week but could be as many as 3 weeks

If you waited more than  10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
