I have eSIM on my old phone and now I got and put a physical SIM card into my new phone.
the new phone physical sim didn’t work, do I have to delete the eSIM from my old phone first?

have you update the physical sim card number in your My Account Profile page? If not, please login and do so
and do not delete the esim yet, just disable it , just in case
if you need further help, ask PM. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
